Shipping Policy

At Comfort Saunas, every sauna is custom-built to order and crafted specifically for each customer. We do not stock pre-manufactured inventory. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Production Timeline

  • All sauna orders require approximately 25–30 business days for production.

  • Each unit is manufactured overseas according to your selected specifications and order details.

Shipping Timeline

  • Once production is completed, shipping to the United States typically requires an additional 30 days depending on port processing, customs clearance, and final delivery scheduling.

Delivery Information

  • Most orders are shipped via freight carrier due to the size and weight of sauna products.

  • Delivery is generally curbside unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible for large freight trucks.

  • An adult 18 years or older must be available to receive and inspect the shipment at delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your sauna has completed production and has been dispatched for shipment.

Delays

While we strive to provide accurate timelines, shipping and production schedules may occasionally be affected by:

  • International freight delays

  • Port congestion

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier scheduling issues

Comfort Saunas is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.


Refund & Return Policy

Because all Comfort Saunas products are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy is designed specifically for custom-built items.

Custom Orders

All sauna purchases are considered custom orders and are manufactured specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • Orders are generally non-refundable once production has started

  • Orders cannot be canceled after manufacturing has begun

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Damaged or Defective Products

If your sauna arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage

  3. Retain all original packaging materials

We will work directly with the manufacturer and freight carrier to resolve the issue through replacement parts, repair solutions, or product replacement when applicable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

  • The product arrives with major manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced

  • The order is canceled before production begins

Return Conditions

Authorized returns, if approved, must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Receive written approval from Comfort Saunas before shipment

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may require 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
